A systems proposal from The Elite Admin

Prepared for Tina Bonner

Turn growing attention into a client journey that can actually scale.

Your next season of visibility should not depend on remembering who came from where, who needs follow-up, or which offer fits whom. The goal is a connected GoHighLevel ecosystem that gives the team clarity from first touch through client conversion and beyond.

The current gap

The opportunity is growing. The backend needs to catch up.

  • 01

    Attention without visibility

New and past leads can exist across multiple places, making it hard to see the full relationship in one view.

  • 02

    Follow-up that depends on memory

Without an automated journey, valuable interest can cool off before the right next step is offered.

  • 03

One message for very different needs

If contacts are not organized by stage, pain point, and interest, communication becomes broad instead of timely and relevant.

The issue is not a lack of opportunity. It is the absence of a system designed to hold and move that opportunity.

The transformation

From scattered relationships to a living client intelligence system.

Before

  • Leads living in different places
  • Limited visibility into source or stage
  • Manual follow-up decisions
  • Generic nurture and offers
  • Warm opportunities easy to miss

After

  • One source of truth inside GoHighLevel
  • Clear lifecycle, source, pain-point, and interest visibility
  • New contacts nurtured automatically
  • Engagement can surface next-step opportunities
  • Targeted offer audiences available when needed

What The Elite Admin will deliver

A CRM foundation built for the brand you are becoming.

Unified Client Visibility

Bring the active and historical relationship picture into one central CRM environment.

Meaningful Segmentation

Organize contacts so the team can understand where they are, what they care about, and what they may need next.

Automated Nurture

Create an intentional follow-up experience that begins when new contacts enter the ecosystem.

Behavior-Informed Follow-Up

Let engagement help signal when a contact may be ready for the next conversation or offer.

Offer-Ready Audiences

Make it possible to identify the right group for a relevant offer without rebuilding the audience from scratch each time.

Built in GoHighLevel. Strategy, systems architecture, implementation, testing, and operational handoff are included. Graphic design is not included.

Why this matters now

Daily content creates momentum. This system makes sure the momentum has somewhere to go.

As your public-figure brand grows, every new conversation carries more potential value—and more risk of being lost in the shuffle. A connected system gives that growth infrastructure: a place for individual coaching relationships, future offers, and organizational conversations to live, be understood, and be picked back up at the right moment. Instead of manually reconstructing the client story each time, the team simply looks and knows. It is also the foundation that makes broader work—like outbound media or speaking outreach—far easier to layer on later, should that become a priority.

CRM PROJECT ROADMAP

A clear path from scattered data to a working client journey.

The standalone CRM project is designed as a focused 4–5 week implementation. Each milestone builds the foundation for the next so that the final system is usable, testable, and aligned with your post-meeting success criteria.

Timing assumes timely access to GoHighLevel, existing contact data, source platforms, and client feedback.

PROJECT COMPLETION

The project is complete when the system can do what it was built to do.

The final handoff is based on the agreed success outcomes for the Client Management Follow-Up System—not simply whether the backend has been built.

  • Every agreed lead and client source is represented within the CRM.
  • Contacts can be understood by source, lifecycle stage, pain point, and interest.
  • New contacts automatically enter the agreed nurture experience.
  • Relevant behavior can initiate follow-up or next actions.
  • Your team can pull a targeted audience for a specific segment or offer.
  • The core system has been tested and refined.
  • The final CRM foundation has been reviewed and handed off.

For purposes of the standalone project, ‘every lead and client source’ refers to the data sources, platforms, and historical records identified and agreed upon during discovery. Significant data remediation, newly discovered platforms, or additional systems may require a separate scope adjustment.

Estimated Project Timeline: 4–5 Weeks

Timing assumes timely access to GoHighLevel, existing contact data, source platforms, and client feedback. Any material change in scope will be discussed before additional work is performed.

PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK

What's included in the standalone project

The $3,500 project investment covers the focused CRM foundation described in your Client Management Follow-Up System expectations.

Included

  • Client journey and CRM strategy
  • GoHighLevel CRM foundation and configuration
  • Consolidation/import planning for agreed existing lead and client data
  • Source visibility and contact segmentation framework
  • New-contact nurture foundation
  • Behavior-informed follow-up framework
  • Targeted audience and offer-readiness structure
  • Core-system testing and refinement
  • Final operational handoff and walkthrough

Outside This Project

  • Outbound media, podcast, conference, or speaking outreach system
  • Graphic design or brand identity work
  • Building a large library of ongoing campaign copy or content

  • Paid third-party software, vendor fees, or custom development
  • New systems or initiatives added after scope approval

Additional priorities can be handled separately or incorporated into the Six-Month Systems Partnership.

Ways to work together

Two ways to move this forward.

Standalone Project

Client Management System

$3,500

A focused 4 -5 week implementation of the Client Management Follow-Up System defined in your post-meeting project expectations.

  • CRM and customer journey strategy
  • GoHighLevel system buildout
  • Segmentation + nurture infrastructure
  • Behavior-based follow-up framework
  • Testing, refinement, and handoff
  • Scope is limited to the CRM/customer-journey project outlined in this proposal.

Flexible milestone payments available.

Recommended

Partnership

Six-Month Operations Partnership

$27,000

$4,500/month. 6 month commitment. Payment terms are negotiable.

For your broader buildout season: the Client Management System first, followed by additional systems, workflows, operations, writing, troubleshooting, and backend infrastructure as priorities evolve.

  • Client Management System included
  • Ongoing systems + operations implementation
  • Priority strategic access to Channing
  • Weekly working/strategy touchpoint
  • One prioritized implementation roadmap at a time
  • Async support between meetings
  • Ability to move into additional agreed priorities, including the outbound outreach system

Designed as high-touch access, not unlimited labor. Major out-of-scope vendor costs, graphic design, specialized development, or unusually large implementation projects may be quoted separately when needed.

If the six-month partnership is the best strategic fit but the monthly investment needs to be structured differently, we can discuss scope and payment cadence before finalizing.

The goal is not simply to organize leads. It is to build the infrastructure that lets your visibility compound.

The right system should make the next move clearer—for the team and for the people entering your world. This proposal is designed to create that foundation now while leaving room for the brand, offers, and opportunities to grow.
